Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  • For any Grievance against the Company, the investor can contact the compliance officer at the registered address of the Company, or send an email at compliance@kreocapital.com or call on the number 0712 6652070.
  • Any grievance received should be resolved promptly but not later than forty five working days of receipt thereof. Any delay should be communicated to the investor within reasonable time.
  • The Company shall maintain records regarding investor grievances received by it and redressal of the same.
  • The Company should keep record of information about the number of investor grievances received, redressed and those remaining unresolved beyond three months of the receipt thereof by the Company & furnish the same in the half yearly report to be submitted by merchant bankers as per SEBI (Merchant Banking) Regulations.
  • Sometimes the response received may not be satisfactory. Therefore, investors should know as to which authority they should approach, to get their complaints redressed. In such case, the investor can approach Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Details are mentioned below.
